    Yes this is very effective de-wormer which kills worms.

    If your cat is 4 kg., the effective dose would be the whole tablet.

    Yes it would be safe to use, however please note, Milbemax only offers heartworm prevention, it doesn't treat it if the cat already has heartworm.
