One good reason why is their labor to make the meds there is so much less costly. I have ordered for years from them and have healthy pets. I have 19 dogs and they’re all happy and heart worm and flea free. I live in Florida and the shipping takes about 2-3 weeks to get it because it comes from the UK but it’s well worth the wait.
