Gary S.Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United StatesMedication came exactly when it was supposed to do and is doing a great job. Our poor dog went to a home with cats and the fleas were everywhere. Thanks to the medication we ordered it was a hassle, but the fleas did not live. So grateful for great customer service and a superior product.

I've never had any problems with service. Shipping can be slow at times but I just make sure that when I get to my last tube of flea treatment, I order my next batch so I have plenty of time to get it in time for the beginning of the next month. I think a long time ago a shipment got lost in route but I just contacted Petbucket and I had it here in no time. That was the only problem I've ever had with this company. Great customer service otherwise which is why I've been a customer for years now. I check prices every once in a while and still, they are the best you can get. They add new treatments too. I'm a loyal fan.

Love pet bucket. Always had good experiences.
-
Erin K.Garden City, Kansas, United StatesI appreciate being able to order medication for my dog at a much lower price. Especially considering all the ticks and mosquitoes that populate in my back yard. I really enjoy the freedom in autoship with PetBucket. I don’t always need a set schedule of medication so it’s nice to have the choice of when and what my next order is 👍🏼 Honestly the best autoship deal if you need options or don’t need continual supply of certain meds along with prices that are much lower in comparison to the vets. I really enjoy this company and they seem very concerned with my experience, more importantly my dogs
-
