B2B and Rescues accounts do not receive retail cashback or ongoing referral commissions.

After your first paid order, your personal referral code appears in your rewards account. A new friend can use it once on their first order for $10 off a qualifying purchase of at least $50. You receive a one-time $10 bonus when that friend completes their first qualifying paid order and the qualifying-order total reaches $50.

Eligible earnings are paid manually by bank transfer in the monthly payout run once your balance reaches $50. Contact PetBucket support to confirm your payout details.

Cancelled or refunded purchases can reverse associated rewards. Points do not expire under the current programme. All programme amounts are in USD. Your rewards account shows your balance and transaction history.
